Job Description

Almost 14 years ago Pristine Motorsports opened with a new view on customer service and transparency for the automotive industry. We have always focused on learning from our mistakes and anticipating possible issues to facilitate the best possible experience for our customers. Our reviews stand out in the field against competitors that focus on making money rather than building a lasting brand. We currently have over 400 reviews with a 4.8 rating on Google. We are looking for someone who shares our values of responsibility, trustworthiness, and transparency. If you have had at least three years in the automotive industry as a service writer/service manager/master mechanic and are experienced in managing fellow employees then we encourage you to apply for this position. We use digital vehicle inspections and share our findings with customers to build trust and help educate them on their vehicle's needs. Our employees enjoy our flexible attitude towards accomplishing tasks. There is no one size fits all solution, and we value feedback. Manager responsibilities include working 5 days a week.
