Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Manager to lead our service department with passion and precision. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control of repairs. Ensure accurate diagnostics, estimating, and service writing to provide transparent communication with clients. Manage parts inventory, ordering, and vehicle parts procurement to optimize efficiency. Upsell additional services to enhance revenue. Utilize estimating software and computer-aided estimating tools for precise work orders. Maintain compliance with safety standards and ensure all technicians adhere to industry best practices. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or manager in the water treatment industry. Prior water softener experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with service and repair. Mechanical knowledge of water softener systems. Demonstrated ability in service management and customer communication. Experience in sales techniques such as upselling additional services confidently and ethically. Strong understanding of water softener repair processes and service writing. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $62,588.75 per year
