We have a self-storage facility in Astor, Florida. Here is what we are looking for: 1. Hours - 20 hours a week at $20.00 per hour. 2. Work week is 4 days a week: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Work days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On the first week of the month, Saturday is the required fourth work day. After the first week of the month, the additional workday each week will be either Tuesday / Thursday and will be discussed at the time of hiring. 3.

Clerical work:

Answering the phone, collecting payments, renting storage units. B.

Light Lawn maintenance:

Riding a lawn mower, spraying for weeds, picking up trash on grounds. C. Sweeping out storage units, painting the walls and floors, and other minor maintenance. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible. Please send us your resume. We use QuickBooks and Excel. If you are unfamiliar with both programs, but have a good work ethic, willingness to learn, we can teach you.
