Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee and coordinate all aspects of HVACR maintenance within our organization. This role is vital in ensuring the reliable operation of HVAC/R systems (AC, Heating, Refrigeration) and cooking equipment, while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. As a Maintenance Lead, you will help lead a lean maintenance team and be cross functional for installation help. Duties Strengthen relationships with key decision makers and leaders with PM clients Assess overall health of systems and make strategic recommendations for any needed repairs Perform and lead team completing PM task lists Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Utilize software for accurate notation and recommendations Conduct inspections using tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety protocols, schematics, and repair procedures for audit purposes. Desired Skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail - must have for this role. Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system, electrical systems (high voltage/low voltage), plumbing maintenance, and industrial mechanical systems. Mid to higher proficiency in using schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering troubleshooting tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial maintenance environments. Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable transportation Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and Motor Vehicle Report verification Position highly physical and requires the use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders. Ability to squat and touch the floor at the same time. Ability to work in tight spaces, extreme climates (rooftops, freezers etc), and heights. Ability to focus and multi-task in noisy, loud, busy kitchens and other commercial spaces. Ability to safely lift fifty (50) to eighty (80) pounds. Ability to use a ladder with a 350-pound weight limit while carrying equipment up to fifty (50) pounds. Ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues in HVAC and Refrigeration systems. Ability to braze with oxy-acetylene torches (5% and 50% solder) Clean driving record, drug screen, and background check. Clear, respectful communication, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail. Urgency to try to resolve customer issues ASAP Ability to record and save notes in mobile programs / Apps to effectively track Must be able to work independently and with limited supervision in timely fashion.

EPA Universal Certification Pay:

From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
