ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

Bob Steele Chevrolet is seeking an experienced automotive professional to join our leadership team as an Assistant Service Manager. As a family-owned dealership serving Central Florida for over 50 years, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, developing our employees, and maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork. The Assistant Service Manager will work directly with the Service Manager to help lead daily operations, support advisors and technicians, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve department performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in overseeing daily service department operations Coach and develop service advisors and support staff Monitor workflow, scheduling, and repair order management Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and retention Support technician productivity and shop efficiency Assist with warranty, policy, and process compliance Help drive department profitability and growth Handle customer concerns and service escalations professionally Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Automotive service management or advisor experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage customer relationships Knowledge of dealership service operations and repair order processes Experience with dealership management systems preferred Chevrolet or GM experience is a plus Results-driven with a commitment to customer satisfaction
