We are looking for a highly skilled manager with experience in used vehicle reconditioning! We are a high volume independent used car dealer with over 200 units in inventory and looking to grow. We have multiple locations, however this job would simply oversee the inventory readiness process for our location in Fort Myers. This is not an entry level role nor is it a service advisor or sitting in an air conditioned office. The job will be 50% in the field (on the lot) and 50% at the desk. You will be responsible for the following: Getting vehicles front line ready as quick as possible. Managing and scheduling work for in house techs. Managing and scheduling work for in house detail. Managing and scheduling work for 3rd party vendors (Paint, PDR, Interior). Ordering Parts If you DO NOT have experience in reconditioning a vehicle or getting through the shop for sale please DO NOT apply. We will train and teach you our way but need someone with the basic understanding. There are many other roles to this job with the opportunity to grow and make well into the 6 figures!
