We are building an in-house maintenance and construction team and are looking for an experienced, dependable professional who wants steady year-round work and the opportunity to grow with a growing company. Our primary client is an established rental management company with a diverse portfolio of single-family homes, apartment properties, mobile home communities, and other residential properties. This creates a consistent pipeline of repairs, renovations, turnovers, and improvement projects throughout the year. As our construction company grows, we will also take on work for additional clients. This is not a temporary handyman position. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important long-term member of our team. What You Will Be Doing- Work will vary from day to day and may include: Residential maintenance and repairs Rental property turnovers Apartment and mobile home renovations Carpentry and trim work Drywall repair and finishing Interior and exterior painting Flooring installation and repair Doors, hardware, cabinets, and tile Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Punch-list work Property inspections and troubleshooting Larger renovation and remodeling projects Coordinating with specialized subcontractors when needed You do not need to be an expert in every trade, but you should have real professional experience and be highly capable in several areas of construction or property maintenance. Why This Position Is Different We have consistent year-round work and a wide variety of projects. One week may involve renovating an apartment, repairing flooring, replacing doors, and completing a turnover. Another may involve mobile home repairs, drywall, painting, carpentry, or a larger remodel. As the company grows, we expect this position to grow with it. For the right person, there is real opportunity to take on additional responsibility and eventually move into a lead or supervisory role. We would much rather pay a great person well and keep them long-term than constantly replace people who are not dependable. Experience Professional experience in construction, remodeling, residential maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a skilled trade is strongly preferred. Pay:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and the amount of responsibility you can handle. We are willing to pay at the higher end of the range for someone who can independently complete quality work, solve problems, and eventually help lead others. This is a full-time, year-round position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Please Read Before Applying We are intentionally being selective.
