We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with EPA and HVAC installation experience for our apartment communities in the Fort Walton Beach and surrounding areas If you are a self-motivated individual who takes pride in what they do and want to work with an equally dedicated and driven team, we'd love to talk to you.

Pay:

$22 to 27 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 40 hours a week. On call for emergencies with additional overtime pay.

Responsibilities:

Complete turns and work orders in a proactive and efficient manner Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, light duty plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, groundskeeping, cleaning and common area maintenance Clean units after move out Clean units after completion of repairs to have unit ready for move in Manage other administrative tasks for the apartment communities such as performing interior and exterior inspections, taking prospective tenants on tours, and facilitating paperwork and new tenant move ins.

Requirements:

Possess a positive, can-do attitude and be an effective team leader Painting, drywall, plumbing, and minor electrical experience required. Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years' experience in maintenance Strong HVAC background preferred EPA and/or HVAC certified preferred (and will result to the higher end of the pay scale) Applicant must have proven ability to properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair work Ability to use property maintenance software on a mobile phone and computer.
