We're looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing things right, solves problems without being micromanaged, and wants to be part of a team that's building something long term. This isn't a job where you're just punching a clock. We invest in our properties, expect high standards, and reward people who take ownership.
