Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing small repairs and general maintenance throughout the property Pressure cleaning outdoor areas, walkways, and other surfaces Leaf blowing and maintaining exterior areas Changing A/C filters as scheduled Dusting vents, fixtures, ledges, and other areas throughout the property Midday trash removal Placing orders for maintenance and facility supplies Receiving and unpacking deliveries Stocking and replenishing basic supplies Keeping storage rooms, closets, and common areas organized Setting up and taking down tables, chairs, and equipment for events and programs Maintaining a monthly maintenance checklist and completing items on the list Overseeing cleaning personnel and ensuring cleaning standards are maintained Monitoring the property for maintenance needs and reporting larger repairs when necessary

Requirements:

Must be able to speak and communicate effectively in English Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks Comfortable performing physical maintenance and property-upkeep tasks Organized and attentive to detail Proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance needs We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the entire property clean, organized, functional, and well maintained.
