Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the shop. Ensure all repairs and services are performed to the highest standards. Diagnose complex automotive issues and provide solutions. Train and mentor junior technicians. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs.
Requirements:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair.
Preferred:
ASE certification.
Required:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience with heavy-duty trucks.
Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Required:
