Overview Meadow Oaks Golf Club in Hudson, Florida, is looking for an experienced, dependable, and high-character Golf Course Superintendent to lead the golf course maintenance operation. The ideal candidate will not only focus on grass growth but will also embody traits of honesty, trustworthiness, hard work, accountability, and respect for employees, golfers, vendors, and fellow managers. As a key member of the leadership team, character and communication skills are just as valuable as agronomic expertise. The Superintendent will oversee the maintenance, appearance, playability, and health of the golf course and clubhouse grounds while also leading and developing the maintenance staff. Responsibilities include staff leadership and management, prioritizing golfer satisfaction and playing conditions, agronomic planning, overseeding and Bermuda transition management, clubhouse landscaping oversight, irrigation system management, equipment maintenance operations, budgeting and purchasing, and maintaining open communication with the General Manager.
