We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a Service Manager, you are the person our customers look to for help with their vehicles. You play a crucial role in building relationships with our customers by providing hospitality, ensuring their satisfaction, and managing the repair process.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage and hire technicians and service advisors. Train service advisors and other support staff. Supervise and direct employees.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure every customer entering our facility is treated with hospitality and the highest level of respect. Present the best repair solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Effectively manage the workflow of the store. Consistently and honestly sell our services while maintaining integrity. Foster a positive attitude and promote a team atmosphere. Communicate professionally to establish long-term relationships with customers. Prepare monthly and annual business goals. Always represent the organization with honesty and integrity. Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities. Ensure all work is performed according to specifications. Assist other employees as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Previous Service Manager experience preferred. Mitsubishi experience is a plus , but we are willing to train the right candidate. CDK experience highly preferred. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors. Training experience for service advisors and other support staff. Effective marketing of existing and potential customers through software. Proficiency in managing data and trends using industry-specific software (ADP). Ability to document, implement, and manage processes related to reception, shop flow, active delivery, warranty processing, CSI maximization, retention, and shop safety. Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalence required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred At least 5 years of managerial experience in the Automotive Industry. Experience in managing and hiring technicians and service advisors. Training experience for service advisors and other support staff. Effective marketing of existing and potential customers through software.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat. Prolonged periods of walking on a level surface throughout the dealership.
