The Position:

Directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of shop operations in assigned branch. Leads, coaches, and manages technical personnel within Service Department. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Protect and maintain all assets of assigned service area. Monitor quality of work performed by technicians. Implement company safety and housekeeping procedures. Investigate and resolve customer complaints. Control and maintain tools and equipment. Ensure a safe and responsible work environment is maintained. Assist with customer warranty issues when necessary. Accomplish all supervisory responsibilities associated with branch personnel. Directly supervise service personnel. Participate in the recruitment of new service personnel. Generate repair orders for customer repairs. Purchase and control job supplies. Train new service personnel. Other duties as assigned. Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills:

Excellent supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
