Maintenance Supervisor - Assisted Living Community Water's Edge at Lake Wales is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our assisted living community. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the community, including repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections Manage maintenance staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in compliance with safety standards and regulations Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents, prioritizing urgent issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders Collaborate with management to develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets Oversee vendor relationships and procurement of maintenance supplies and services Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
