Job Description

Job Title:
Maintenance Supervisor - Ninja Kidz Action Park At Ninja Kidz Action Park, our purpose is To Bring Heroes To Life. We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who combines practical trade skills with strong organization to keep our park safe, open, and fully supported.
Key Responsibilities Safety First :
Lead daily inspection routines to ensure attraction safety remains our highest precedent.
Minimize Downtime :
Perform preventive maintenance and swift repairs to keep park elements running smoothly for guests.
Reporting & Documentation :
Maintain organized, timely logs and operational records using basic computer software and printers.
Warehousing & Logistics :
Oversee park inventory, managing the staging and shipping of equipment and elements to other locations nationwide.
Extreme Ownership :
Take full accountability for park uptime and project completion, embodying "Do It Right. Do it right now".
Culture & Leadership :
Model strong work habits and actively cheer for team successes across the park.
Qualifications Foundational Experience :
1-3 years of experience in maintenance, trades, assembly, or technical facility operations (or strong equivalent hands-on background).
Tool Proficiency :
Confident and safe operation of standard power tools, hand tools, and mechanical testing equipment.
Computer & Administrative Skills :
Literate with basic software, email, and office printers for generating precise, organized reports.
Organizational Aptitude :
Strong inventory management skills and detail-oriented handling of national freight/shipping elements.
Growth Mindset :
A desire to get "1% Better" every day, taking full advantage of growth opportunities.
Reliability & Character :
Self-driven, resourceful, and being impeccable on commitments.
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
