The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Your daily job:
Supervisory Experience:
Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize
HVAC 608
Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
Leadership and Organization:
Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Operational Efficiency:
Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
Timely Service Requests:
Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Effective Communication:
Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.
Requirements:
HVAC 608
Certification is a MUST. Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision. Electrical and plumbing knowledge Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors Detail-oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction. Effective communication skills. Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance. College degree helpful. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Sus funciones diarias:
Experiencia en supervisión: Dirigir y supervisar un equipo de asociados de mantenimiento. Experiencia técnica: Utilizar la certificación
HVAC 608
y demostrar dominio en trabajos eléctricos y de plomería. Liderazgo y organización: Demostrar sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad organizativa.
Eficiencia operativa:
Asegurar que la comunidad funcione de manera eficiente y cumpla con los estándares de seguridad. Atención a solicitudes de servicio: Supervisar que todas las solicitudes de servicio y reparaciones se completen correctamente y de manera oportuna. Comunicación efectiva: Comunicarse de manera eficiente con residentes, compañeros de trabajo, proveedores y supervisores.
Seguridad y limpieza:
Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y segura, garantizando que la comunidad opere conforme a los estándares de seguridad. Colaboración en equipo: Trabajar junto al equipo de servicios para mejorar la apariencia exterior (curb appeal) y mantener altos estándares en la propiedad.
Requisitos:
Certificación
HVAC 608
(obligatoria). Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de propiedades multifamiliares y supervisión de equipos. Conocimientos en electricidad y plomería. Orientación al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico. Habilidades efectivas de comunicación con residentes, asociados, proveedores y supervisores. Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo y general. Título universitario (preferible). Compromiso con brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional. Licencia de conducir válida. Bilingüe es un plus.
