Lawn Maintenance Supervisor /
Crew Leader Florida Gardens & Landscaping Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Full-time Pay Schedule:
Weekly Pay Florida Gardens & Landscaping is seeking an experienced Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage a lawn care crew. We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with proven leadership experience in the landscaping and lawn maintenance industry.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a lawn maintenance crew on daily routes Ensure quality standards are met at all properties Train and motivate crew members Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Communicate with management regarding job progress and crew performance Ensure jobs are completed on schedule
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Lawn Care Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor is required Valid driver's license required Ability to manage and lead a team effectively Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices and equipment Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
