The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and equipment while delivering prompt service to residents. Job Responsibilities Inspect facilities regularly to find maintenance issues. Manage plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system upkeep. Handle emergency repair requests. Perform routine maintenance tasks on AC Equipment. Supervise electrical, plumbing, and HVAC Contractors. Answer tenant questions and resolve issues. Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and must be available to be on call every other weekend. Qualifications 3+ years of building maintenance or similar experience. Strong hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and general repair. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy items. Basic computer skills for tracking work orders and logs. Speak English Fluently What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Paid time off and health benefits.
