Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance and engineering operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Responsibilities Lead and manage the facilities maintenance team, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality in all operations. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, high voltage, and low voltage systems. Oversee the scheduling and execution of routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Troubleshoot complex engineering issues related to mechanical systems, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage—and HVAC systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry best practices by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or system replacements with effective project management techniques. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, safety incidents, and repair histories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility operations while managing budgets and resources efficiently. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams within an industrial or large-scale environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting—including high voltage—and industrial maintenance procedures. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams; experience with CMMS software is essential. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and implementing safety protocols across facilities. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to lead teams effectively through supervision and leadership roles. Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for electrical troubleshooting; experience managing facilities maintenance management systems is preferred.
