The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, industrial maintenance, and project management. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely. Duties Manage and supervise all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Oversee the operation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Lead projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or expansions while managing timelines and budgets. Provide technical expertise in areas such as electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Develop maintenance management strategies to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. Train and mentor staff in best practices for maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet operational needs. Skills Strong management skills with proven experience in supervising teams. Proficient in facilities management principles and practices. Mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance and electrical systems. Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read technical drawings. Experience with project management methodologies to oversee facility-related projects effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within the facilities team. Knowledge of using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing is preferred. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive environment within our facilities.
