This role is critical in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational readiness of our fleet while maintaining the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all maintenance operations for the company's fleet Ensure full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies Develop, implement, and maintain maintenance programs and schedules Supervise and coordinate with maintenance personnel, vendors, and repair stations Maintain accurate aircraft maintenance records and documentation Manage maintenance budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Coordinate inspections, repairs, and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support Establish and enforce safety standards and best practices Serve as primary liaison with FAA inspectors and regulatory authorities Evaluate and onboard third-party maintenance providers and vendors Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification (required) Minimum 7-10 years of aviation maintenance experience, with leadership responsibility Prior experience as a Director of Maintenance or Maintenance Manager preferred Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations Proven experience managing turbine aircraft Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities Preferred Qualifications IA (Inspection Authorization) certification Experience with charter operations or private aviation companies Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Flightdocs) What We Offer Competitive compensation package Opportunity to be part of a growing luxury aviation brand Dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
