We are known for exceptional design, quality craftsmanship, and an elevated client experience. We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead our South Florida installation team. Position Overview The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing daily installation operations, developing and managing our installer team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional installation experience. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong cabinetry or carpentry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently in both the field and office. $70+ commiserate with experience Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, and hold the installation team accountable.
- Interview, hire, onboard, and evaluate installers.
- Manage installation staffing and scheduling to support revenue goals.
- Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
- Review designs, plans, and installation requirements with the team.
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide installers with clear solutions.
- Professionally handle client concerns, property damage claims, and installation-related escalations.
- Work closely with designers, production, engineering, scheduling, and office staff.
- Monitor installer performance, attendance, daily reports, payroll, and labor costs.
- Oversee installation tools, supplies, safety equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate van maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve installation processes and department efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with company safety standards and OSHA requirements. Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Cabinetry, carpentry, millwork, or custom installation experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, installation instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems, and other operational platforms.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, machinery, and company vehicles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments where exposure to weather, noise, and sawdust may occur. What We Offer
