COMPENSATION

$17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

REPORTS TO

Production Control Manager Xtreme Aviation is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner Associate to support the scheduling, preparation, and execution of aircraft maintenance checks. This role helps ensure projects are properly planned, resources are available, and departments are prepared for upcoming work.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Monitor the slot calendar for incoming maintenance checks and adjust schedules as needed Create work orders in Evolve and Asana Prepare detailed work packages for maintenance projects Evaluate and allocate planned labor hours Identify required materials, tooling, and outside services Submit requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and Logistics Prepare project open and close panel books Update work scopes when customer requirements change Notify departments of incoming projects Keep task cards, project boards, paperwork, and work areas organized Review due and overdue tasks and update Asana with completed work

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience in aircraft maintenance planning, production control, or logistics Familiarity with Evolve, Asana, or other work management systems Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to coordinate across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and communication skills

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

Prior experience in an MRO or heavy maintenance facility Understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance planning procedures Strong analytical skills for resource planning and efficiency improvements

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily based in an aircraft maintenance hangar and office setting and may involve exposure to loud noise, machinery, and varying temperatures. Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required based on operational needs.
