A large, high-volume domestic dealership in Northeast Florida is conducting a confidential search for a proven Service Manager to lead and grow its fixed-operations department. This is an opportunity for a strong operator who knows how to drive profitability, develop people, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Earning potential:

$200,000-$350,000 annually, based on experience and performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

A documented history of growing service gross and net profit Strong, verifiable manufacturer CSI scores Proven success increasing customer-pay repair orders, labor sales, effective labor rate, hours per RO, retention, and technician productivity Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining advisors and technicians Strong expense control, warranty compliance, and operational discipline The leadership ability to create accountability while maintaining a positive, customer-focused culture Current or recent experience managing a high-volume franchised dealership service department This is not an entry-level management opportunity. Candidates should be prepared to provide specific performance results, including department financials, CSI history, year-over-year growth, and measurable improvements made in their current or previous position.
