FULL TIME
Maintenance Supervisor wanted for an BRAND new luxury apartment community located in Oviedo, The Rowan Apartments. This is a Lease-up Property and we are interested in someone with Lease-up and Multifamily Development experience. Cambridge Management Services, Inc. communities have earned the solid reputation among discriminating residents for providing exceptional apartment homes. In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.'s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment, the Maintenance Supervisor, under the supervision of the General Manager, is responsible for leading the maintenance staff in making repairs and conducting preventative maintenance of the property. Must have three (3) years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily industry Lease-up and Multifamily• Development experience required. CAMT preferred. RealPage or Entrata experience preferred Must be
EPA/HVAC
certified. Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and budget control. Must have great time management, team building, leadership and organizational skills.
