Maintenance Supervisor wanted for an BRAND new luxury apartment community located in Oviedo, The Rowan Apartments. This is a Lease-up Property and we are interested in someone with Lease-up and Multifamily Development experience. Must have three (3) years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the multifamily industry Lease-up and Multifamily• Development experience required. CAMT preferred. RealPage or Entrata experience preferred Must be

EPA/HVAC

certified. Must have extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and budget control. Must have great time management, team building, leadership and organizational skills.
