Job Description

The Facility Maintenance Manager supervises direct reports, schedules and oversees repairs, maintain records; research and order parts; and manage light construction projects. This position also works closely with outside contractors and other Plastipak Leaders. This position uses the knowledge of maintenance scheduling software, AutoCAD, Excel and Word. Areas of duties include facility and grounds, HVAC, janitorial services, and fire systems .

State-of-the-Art Equipment:
Work with our top-of-the-line equipment from industry leaders, as well as our own proprietary technologies! You Will Managing construction repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC equipment, and all other mechanical systems required to maintain the structures of the main site and outside warehouses. Oversees the facility maintenance of the main plant and warehouse fire systems. Scheduling for the facility maintenance team's training and compliance for the Engineering group. Directs the installation of processes and equipment. Maintains AutoCAD facility drawings. You Have Associate's degree (A. A.) in relevant field of study or technical school or related experience and/or training. Excellent computer and typing skills with experience with SAP, AutoCAD, Word, and Excel High level of attention to detail in cleaning, record keeping and following up. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, working drawings, and procedure manuals. Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as algebra and the fundamentals of geometry to practical situations. Ability to follow and carry out instructions provided in written, spoken, or diagram form.
