This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all casino facilities and equipment, with a preferred background in HVAC systems and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of facility excellence. Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior maintenance leader within a large-scale commercial facility environment, with a strong background in facility systems, equipment maintenance, and team supervision Working knowledge of HVAC systems strongly preferred, along with a broad understanding of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility maintenance operations in a high-volume commercial environment Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop maintenance teams while supporting the Maintenance Manager in driving operational efficiency, safety compliance, and facility excellence Responsibilities Support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing all facility maintenance operations for the casino, ensuring the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of all building systems, equipment, and facilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors across all facility maintenance functions, ensuring timely completion of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency repairs Assist with budgeting, inventory management, vendor relations, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
