We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who are motivated to make money, enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing excellent results. This is a Pay-for-Performance position. The harder your crew works and the more it produces, the more you can earn. We restore paver driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways and other exterior surfaces throughout the Tampa Bay area. What we offer Strong weekly earning potential Paid training Weekly pay Performance-based compensation Consistent full-time work Opportunity to advance into a crew-chief position Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays Requirements Valid driver's license Acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to our Riverview starting location Dependable and punctual Comfortable performing physical outdoor work Able to lift 50 pounds or more Professional around homeowners Willing to learn and follow instructions Pressure washing, paver sealing, painting, landscaping or construction experience is helpful but not required Compensation Estimated earnings: $800-$1,500 per week Compensation is based on production, experience, responsibility and quality of work.
