About the Role Tri Scapes, in partnership with TotalPML in Sanford, FL, is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver / Crew Lead to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, directing a landscape maintenance crew, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and safely transporting personnel, tools, and equipment to job sites across the region. Duties Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to execute daily maintenance contracts efficiently and to high standard Direct routine landscape tasks including turf management, pruning, edging, weeding, debris cleanup, and property inspections Safely operate company vehicles and trailers to transport crews and equipment Strict compliance with all company safety requirements on site and on the road Perform basic pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections, communicating repairs to management/mechanics as needed Coordinate daily routes with field management, completing jobs efficiently, and mentoring/developing new crew members Qualifications Active, valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required At least 2 years experience in landscape maintenance or familiarity with equipment, material, and best practices Proven leadership experience directing small crews, managing work loads, and active problem solving Ability to perform physical labor outdoors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a crew Prior experience in commercial or high-end residential landscape maintenance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive Pay.
