ProLight is a professional Christmas light installation company serving Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. We design and install high-quality Christmas light displays for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Crew Leader to lead our installation teams throughout the holiday season. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead a team, and has holiday spirit.

Role Responsibilities:

Crew Leadership Lead and manage a crew of Christmas light installers Assign tasks and keep the crew working efficiently throughout each job Hold team members accountable for productivity, quality, safety, and professionalism Set the pace for the crew and lead by example Installation Ensure installations are clean, symmetrical, secure, and meet ProLight quality standards Complete final walkthroughs and quality checks before leaving each property Crew leader will not be required to get on roofs Job & Customer Management Review the scope of work before beginning each installation Ensure the crew completes the job according to the customer's approved design Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers at each job Maintain a clean and organized job site and team Safety & Equipment Ensure all crew members follow company safety procedures Properly use and maintain ladders, tools, vehicles, and installation equipment Identify and communicate potential safety hazards Ensure equipment and materials are accounted for at the beginning and end of each job

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership or crew-based position preferred Previous experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, pressure washing, electrical, holiday lighting, or another hands-on trade is a plus Strong attention to detail Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Clean-cut, professional appearance and attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends during peak season A successful Crew Leader will: Show up on time and prepared Keep their crew productive Maintain high installation and customer service standards Solve problems without needing constant direction Communicate issues before they become problems Take responsibility for the crew and the completed job Have holiday spirit and convey that in customer interactions Represent ProLight professionally at every customer property

Compensation:

$25-$30 per hour Additional opportunities for increased hours, responsibility, and advancement may be available for high-performing team members.

Schedule:

This is a seasonal position, with the majority of work taking place during the fall and holiday season.
