Evaluation Hire / Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise maintenance personnel, and ensure equipment, facilities, and building systems remain safe, operational, and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems Schedule and prioritize work orders and maintenance projects Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and facility regulations Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed Train, coach, and hold maintenance staff accountable for performance Respond to maintenance emergencies and minimize equipment downtime Qualifications Previous maintenance supervisory or lead experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills EPA Certification required HVAC experience strongly preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems Ability to read manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various indoor/outdoor environments Preferred Qualifications HVAC/R experience EPA 608 Certification Experience managing preventive maintenance programs Experience in commercial, industrial, apartment, or facility maintenance Apply today to learn more about this opportunity!
