The ideal candidate must have prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience and a strong understanding of facility operations, life safety regulations, and state/federal compliance standards.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee daily maintenance operations of the facility Ensure compliance with life safety and regulatory requirements Manage preventative maintenance programs and repairs Prepare for state and life safety surveys Maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed

Qualifications:

Previous skilled nursing or long-term care maintenance experience required Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance Familiarity with state and federal regulations for healthcare facilities Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work on-call for emergency situations Competitive salary, benefits, and supportive team environment offered.
