The purpose of this contract is to provide contractor support personnel to assist the Acquisition Logistics Directorate (ALD) in implementing and systematically maintaining the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Inventory Control Point (ICP), Property Accountability (PA), and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces' supply support activities. Essential Job Function Plans, coordinates and implements USSOCOM Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) implementations/conversions. Sustains ELMS module requirements in support of USSOCOM end users. Plans, coordinates and implements the conversion of SOF legacy supply and/or maintenance applications to

modules including following steps: (1) validate scope of materiel to be converted, (2) validate the levels of maintenance activities, (3) validate the M&U structure build to user requirements, (4) validate maintenance data loads, (5) coordinate/synchronize M&U activation with supporting repair parts sources (ELMS Warehouse(s), (6) validate product warranty requirements, (7) perform master data validation/reconciliation, and (8) ensure ELMS maintenance.
