Position Overview The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) is responsible for all USSOCOM research, development, acquisition, procurement, and logistics.
SOF AT&L
works with Government, academia, and industry in meeting its mission to provide rapid and focused acquisition, technology, and logistics support to Warfighters, delivering the most effective capabilities to our Special Operations Forces. The purpose of this contract is to provide contractor support personnel to assist the Acquisition Logistics Directorate (ALD) in implementing and systematically maintaining the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) Warehouse, Maintenance & Utilization (M&U), Inventory Control Point (ICP), Property Accountability (PA), and Materiel Management modules across all Special Operation Forces' supply support activities. Essential Job Function Plans, coordinates and implements USSOCOM Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) implementations/conversions. Sustains ELMS module requirements in support of USSOCOM end users. Plans, coordinates and implements the conversion of SOF legacy supply and/or maintenance applications to
ELMS M&U
modules including following steps: (1) validate scope of materiel to be converted, (2) validate the levels of maintenance activities, (3) validate the M&U structure build to user requirements, (4) validate maintenance data loads, (5) coordinate/synchronize M&U activation with supporting repair parts sources (ELMS Warehouse(s), (6) validate product warranty requirements, (7) perform master data validation/reconciliation, and (8) ensure ELMS maintenance. Provides logistical, and maintenance subject matter expertise on the implementation of ELMS, including making material maintenance and repair part management accountability policy and procedure recommendations based on system's functionality. Assists in the development, submission, and prioritization of ELMS System Change Requests (SCRs) for

Module system functionality. Provides clarifying feedback to SOCOM Enterprise Division. Participates in the ELMS System Acceptance Testing (SAT) as required, provides technical findings and feedback, and supports SCR approval/disapproval recommendations to Government representatives. trainer. Coordinates and provides ELMS classroom instruction and ad-hoc training support as required. Support the ELMS Information Owner (IO) /Assistant Information Owner (AIO) with coordination, and validation of user roles and permissions for M&U access request packages. Employs the entire Microsoft Office Suite capability to produce manage workload requirements and provide administrative work products. Employs matured interpersonal skills, such as action and solution-oriented approach to problem solving, to support ELMS implementation in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Actions the Government's intent with little to no direct guidance to achieve objectives. Minimum Qualifications Require Secret Clearance on day one of performance Bachelor's Degree required in logistics management, supply-chain, or business related field Minimum 10 Years of combined experience with DOD or other federal agency in
Maintenance Operations, Program Management, Material Management or Logistics, INCLUDING:
