You have the following:

At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience. At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience Valid Drivers License and proof of auto insurance coverage. CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred). You must be Authorized to work in the US and you must have reliable transportation.
