Job Description
AApis Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two of our Augusta, GA communities: Green Meadows and The Regency Apartments. This role owns the day-to-day physical condition of both properties — unit turns, preventive maintenance, work order response times, vendor coordination, and leading a small maintenance team. You'll report directly into property leadership and have real ownership over how these communities run. What you'll do: Oversee maintenance operations across Green Meadows and The Regency Manage unit turnover timelines to keep vacancy loss low Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians Handle vendor relationships and manage maintenance budgets Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes Respond to and prioritize resident work orders What we're looking for: 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage across two properties and set priorities independently
