This role leads the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs while managing day-to-day maintenance needs across production equipment and facility systems. This is a hands on leadership position. The Maintenance Manager actively works alongside maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. This position serves a key link between operations and maintenance teams, ensuring equipment performance supports production goals while driving continuous improvement and long term asset reliability.
