Service Manager - Vaden Automotive Vaden Automotive is currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service and Department within one of our dealership operations. What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the Service Department Drive profitability, efficiency, and overall departmental performance Lead, coach, and hold accountable Service Advisors and Technicians. Monitor key performance indicators including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership required (Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or similar role) Strong understanding of service and parts operations in a dealership environment Ability to lead within a performance-driven, results-oriented culture Experience with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements Why Join Vaden Automotive?
