Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee our maintenance operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our landscapes, gardens, and grounds are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor maintenance, including tree care, landscape maintenance, and lawn care. Higher wage opportunity after 60 days, based on performance. Duties/Experience preferred , not required. In-depth coaching will be provided given the individual is dedicated and displays strong work ethic: Communicate and collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Complete and ensure landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Maintain garden structures as needed to enhance the landscape. Ensure proper groundskeeping practices are followed to maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas. Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and equipment usage. Conduct regular inspections of accounts to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly. Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during maintenance activities. Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping with a focus on supervising teams. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques and irrigation systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in maintaining high standards of work quality. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Valid driver's license for transportation between job sites. MUST be coachable, dependable, punctual and have a positive attitude.
