Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Manager in the Canton, Georgia area. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is about $115,000-120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor maintenance and tooling departments Oversee a team of 10-15 employees Direct and coordinate activities for repairs and preventive maintenance Implement and promote a strong preventive maintenance plan Requisition materials including tools and parts Coach and train maintenance team Review and coordinate outside contractor bids Help in budget preparation Create and implement maintenance procedures and policies

Experience Needed:
