Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of all facility systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apartment maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing maintenance projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to identify potential issues. Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and compliance documentation. Train and mentor team members on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in apartment maintenance with a strong understanding of HVAC, pools, appliances, etc. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating effective leadership skills. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
