Description:
As a Commercial Field Manager, you'll oversee daily operations for the Atlanta metro commercial service team, prioritizing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager and Project Manager, you'll ensure smooth service and install workflows. Your role includes coaching staff in best practices, enhancing customer service, and driving revenue and change. You will assist commercial technicians with projects and service standards, promoting change and supporting business initiatives.
Requirements:
This role may require you to occasionally work in the field. 4+ years managing service teams or dispatch in the garage door industry Experience in commercial garage door service, home services, or related fields Ability to manage change, priorities, and operational issues in a branch environment Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers Must have the ability to lift 50 -100 pounds, work from ladders, and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and kneeling. • Must have the ability to frequently lift and carry garage doors, springs, openers, and other components, which can weigh 50 pounds or more. Must have the ability to climb and work off a ladder Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to install, repair, or maintain garage door systems. You may work in hot, cold, or dusty environments, both indoors and outdoors. The job requires physical stamina to handle the demands of installation, service, and repair work, sometimes involving long hours Using hand tools, power tools, and potentially equipment like forklifts or scissor lifts is part of the job.
