Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Supervisor, Eatonton, Georgia The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the reliability of mill equipment and providing day‑to‑day leadership to the maintenance team by leading by example, promoting safety, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering efficient, high‑quality maintenance services. Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety programs, coaching safe work practices, and ensuring compliance across maintenance activities. Plan and oversee maintenance work to ensure high‑quality execution, reliable equipment performance, and minimal disruption to mill operations. Manage systems, resources, and budgets by using the CMMS to track work and parts, improving equipment reliability, and controlling maintenance spending.
