GFEBS PM
Coordinator serves as a key General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Plant Maintenance resource responsible for supporting the administration, coordination, planning, reporting, and execution of maintenance and asset management activities in GFEBS and ArMA. This role helps maintain the integrity of preventive maintenance programs, work order processing, material planning, project execution, real property updates, and system reporting in support of Directorate of Public Works (DPW) operations and contract requirements. We're looking for someone with solid GFEBS administration experience, preferably in a military installation, DPW, facilities operations, or maintenance environment.

GFEBS Coordinator Lead:
Serve as a GFEBS Plant Maintenance resource for maintenance and asset management activities supporting Fort Stewart DPW operations. Support GFEBS functions involving Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), preventive maintenance planning and execution, project systems, real property updates, work order processing, material planning, acquisition tracking, and business intelligence reporting. Maintain or obtain required GFEBS roles and complete Government-provided GFEBS training modules in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Receive, record, validate, distribute, update, and close Preventive Maintenance Orders, Demand Maintenance Orders, Operational Work Orders, and Project Work Orders in GFEBS and ArMA. Develop, maintain, and monitor preventive maintenance plans, task lists, schedules, frequencies, equipment records, and related documentation within GFEBS. Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling, release of work schedules, and work order workflows with Production Control Clerks, service crews, maintenance area personnel, and functional area leads. Enter and maintain labor, equipment, material, time, cost, and other required maintenance data to support accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of work activities. Generate, review, and maintain GFEBS reports, including work order status, maintenance execution metrics, backlog information, project status, unfunded requirements, cost data, and performance metrics. Support data extraction, validation, and consolidation from GFEBS and ArMA to inform maintenance planning, funding requests, risk mitigation, and Annual Work Plan inputs. Coordinate with Government customers, COR/ACOR representatives, DPW personnel, contract leadership, and internal maintenance teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant GFEBS execution. Submit approved maintenance plan information and required updates to the Deputy Project Manager and Quality Manager monthly, or as otherwise required. Follow all applicable directions, reporting requirements, and performance standards listed in the Performance Work Statement. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of three (3) years of GFEBS experience, preferably in a military installation, DPW, facilities operations, or maintenance environment. General knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance management, work control, and data/reporting requirements. Knowledge of and ability to perform the following roles within the GFEBS system: A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer; A76 DPW Contractor Preventive Maintenance Controller; A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor; A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer; A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer; A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver; A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer; and A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree. Experience with GFEBS Plant Maintenance, PPE, business intelligence, projects, preventive maintenance planning and execution, real property inventory updates, work order processing, material planning, acquisition tracking, and system reports. Experience using ArMA or similar work management systems preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to extract, review, validate, and interpret maintenance, cost, schedule, work order, and performance data. Ability to develop repeatable processes for routine data pulls, reporting, and maintenance tracking. Ability to identify trends, recurring issues, emerging risks, and data discrepancies that affect maintenance execution or asset management. Outstanding time-management skills and ability to perform multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to support long-term planning, work prioritization, funding inputs, and risk mitigation activities. Professional demeanor and ability to develop positive working relationships with Government customers, contract leadership, employees, and maintenance teams. Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, updates, and decision-support products.
Other Requirements:
Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screenings. Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to dirt, debris, and odors. Ability to work any time or day of the week, as needed, including weekends and holidays. Must possess a current Commercial Driver License, Class A or B, if required for the equipment and vehicles operated, and maintain a clean motor vehicle record.
