What they do
A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Coordinator Lead shall have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a military installation. The
GFEBS PM
Coordinator shall be available between 0730-1600 hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons. The
GFEBS PM
Coordinator Lead shall have, at a minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, projects, preventive maintenance planning/execution, updating real property inventory, work order processing, material planning and acquisition and analysis of system reports.
