Position Title:
GFEBS Maintenance Coordinator Lead ,
Location:
On-site Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday•Friday, 0730•1600 hours (excluding Federal Holidays and administrative facility closures)
Clearance Requirement:
Tier 3 (Secret)•Active at contract start and maintained throughout performance About the Job As the GFEBS Maintenance Coordinator Lead , you will be the main person in charge of using this computer system. You will plan maintenance work, order necessary supplies, track building equipment, and make sure repair jobs are approved and completed on time.
What You'll Be Doing Schedule Maintenance:
Plan regular checkups for base buildings, heating and cooling units, and heavy equipment before things break.
Approve Work Orders:
Review and approve repair requests coming in from across the military base.
Order & Track Supplies:
Order parts, tools, and materials needed for repairs, and keep track of inventory as items arrive.
Manage Equipment Records:
Keep accurate digital records of all base buildings, machinery, and tools in the GFEBS computer system.
Run System Reports:
Check data and create progress reports for managers to show what work has been completed. What You Need to
Qualify GFEBS Experience:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience using the GFEBS system on a military base (specifically handling equipment, inventory, and work orders). Military ID Pass (CAC): Must pass a government background check (Tier 1 or Tier 3) to get a Common Access Card (CAC) for base access.
GFEBS System Roles:
You must already be qualified—or ready to take on—the required GFEBS user roles (Master Data Maintainer, Order Approver, Material Maintainer, etc.).
Computer Training:
Ability to complete all required online GFEBS training modules within 30 days of starting the job.
Strong Reliability:
Dependable attendance during standard working hours (7:30 AM•4:00 PM). Why Apply?
