Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee our facilities maintenance team. This vital role involves managing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring our facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for management and supporting the Maintenance Manager in leading all maintenance activities for Injection Molding and Paint operations. This position ensures maximum equipment uptime, preventive maintenance execution, rapid response to equipment failures, workforce development, spare parts management, and continuous improvement while maintaining a safe working environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Manager & Assistant Manager in planning, organizing, and directing all maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems
- Supervise and support maintenance technicians and workers by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance
- Manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs to improve equipment reliability. Analyze equipment failures and downtime trends, perform Root Cause Analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring failures and maximize equipment uptime
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to minimize operational disruptions
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance tools, and equipment to ensure critical parts availability while maintaining cost efficiency
- Lead troubleshooting and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, robot, and automation systems
- Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel to improve technical competency, productivity, and safety performance
- Perform all maintenance activities in accordance with OSHA requirements and company safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment using 5S principles
- Serve as the acting Maintenance Manager in the Manager's absence and perform other duties as assigned

- Candidate shall also possess a willingness to work with a diverse group and adapt to cultural differences
- Must be able to wear various types of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Requires a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical equipment operation, equipment maintenance requirements, and maintenance restrictions imposed by safety and environmental regulations (Desired)

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns. Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3+ ~ 5+ years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience with Injection Molding and Paint Shop equipment preferred
