Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of a working farm. The ideal candidate will have strong agricultural knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage both people and farm operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily farm operations and activities Manage, train, and supervise farm employees Coordinate planting, harvesting, feeding, and general farm maintenance Monitor crops, livestock, equipment, and supplies as applicable Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery Schedule work and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely Order and manage supplies, feed, seed, fertilizer, and other materials Monitor budgets, expenses, and farm productivity Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety regulations Identify and resolve operational issues as they arise

Qualifications:

Previous farm management or agricultural experience required Strong knowledge of farming practices and equipment Supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Reliable, hands-on, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required
