- Morning, Afternoon and Nights About the Role The Maintenance Planner is responsible for overall asset management, work planning, maintenance scheduling, training support, and spare parts inventory management utilizing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
Key Responsibilities Maintain spare parts inventory and perform regular inventory audits. Provide EAM software training to end users and new system administrators. Serve as the primary point of contact for EAM system-related issues and troubleshooting. Partner with internal stakeholders to implement standardized asset coding structures, preventive maintenance procedures, and maintenance schedules. Create, plan, update, and close work orders accurately within the maintenance management system. Perform data analysis on assets, equipment, and spare parts to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Generate and distribute maintenance and facility performance metrics to management teams. Provide Tier 1 EAM support for maintenance and facility operations. Build strong working relationships with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, or facility maintenance operations. Experience working with enterprise software systems and standardized business processes. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of financial concepts and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, asset management, and maintenance data analysis. Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or automated facility environments. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
