This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly anticipating issues before they happen, improving processes through data analysis, and enabling technicians and leaders to succeed. You'll partner closely with maintenance teams, leadership, and corporate stakeholders to standardize workflows, improve preventive maintenance programs, and deliver actionable insights through performance metrics. As a Maintenance Planner , you'll be the backbone of effective maintenance operations—bringing structure, insight, and strategy to how assets are managed and maintained . You'll own work planning, asset data, training support, and spare parts inventory while leveraging Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to drive efficiency and reliability. What You'll Do Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. Maintain spare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis. Provide software training to end users and new administrators; serves as a liaison for system problems. Work with corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling. Manage work orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolving work orders. Perform data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes. Measure and publish facilit y metrics to the management team. Provide support as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team. Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. Ability to travel as needed. Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
